About Berwick
The master bedroom

The master bedroom is brightly decorated and consists of a double bed, mirrored wardrobe,hand made bedside cabinets and mirrored dressing table with hair drier. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk style 4' 6" double bed base and a 'rest assured' sprung mattress with a single bunk bed above. All bed linen is provided.
It has a new fully fitted & equipped kitchen with electric cooking, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer , washer/dryer , health grill, coffee percolator, sandwich maker, toaster and hand held blender/whisk. There is also a top of the range fully equipped wicker picnic hamper including a cool box, flask, ground sheet and tartan rug for your trips to one of the many golden sandy beaches or the castles and country houses that are in abundance within an hours easy drive time from the apartment. The bathroom There is a fully tiled bathroom with separate shower & heated towel rail. The apartment has been completely refurnished and decorated to a high standard. The quality of the decor, soft-furnishings and furniture throughout is superb.
The combined lounge and dining room has a television, video and DVD Home Theatre with surround sound and a selection of music CD,' and DVD's . Books, indoor board games and maps, brochures on local attractions and an up to date forecast of the tide table for visiting The Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Cocktail making equipment, crystal and decanter. Double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

The heating is inclusive in the price but the electricity is metered. The meter will be topped up to full on your arrival, please top it back up to full on your departure, you will only pay for what you have used.

We only do short breaks out of season. This is January, February and November until Christmas week starts. The cost of short breaks is two thirds of the cost of a full week.

The Patio The private walled courtyard garden has a barbecue and patio furniture with stairs leading up to your very own sun deck that can receive the sun all day long "weather permitting", the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or a quiet read with a glass or two of whatever takes your fancy.

This clematis is called Montana Elizabeth, it flowers at the end of May and it is scented. One flower on its own has a slight scent but the aroma for this beauty can be quite heady. The hanging light shades are from the same day when we had an Indian themed BBQ, it was great. We are close to amenities, only 3 minutes walk from the town centre, ramparts, River Tweed, beach and golf course.

Residential parking is available and guests usually park outside their bedroom window or in Oil Mill Lane outside their kitchen window, I have two " Residential parking permits " for guests
