This modern well appointed ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet residential location within the Elizabethan walls. Sleeps 5 The spacious master bedroom is brightly decorated and consists of a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a dressing table. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk style 4' 6" bed base and 'restassured' sprung mattress. All bed linen is provided.
It has a new fully fitted & equipped kitchen with electric cooking, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is a fully tiled bathroom with separate shower & heated towel rail. The apartment has been completely refurnished and decorated to a high standard. The quality of the decor, soft-furnishings and furniture throughout is superb.
The combined lounge and dining room has a television, video and DVD Home Theatre with surround sound.
Double glazing and gas central heating throughout. The heating is inclusive in the price but the electricity is metered.
The private walled courtyard garden has a barbecue and patio furniture. We are close to amenities, only 3 minutes walk from the town centre, ramparts, River Tweed, beach and golf course.
